Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the ANRELI website and the booking of photography and videography services with ANRELI in Mauritius.

1. Booking and deposits

A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due according to the schedule in your contract.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may forfeit the full fee.

3. Copyright and usage

ANRELI retains copyright of all images and videos. Clients receive a personal-use license unless a commercial license is explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Galleries are delivered digitally unless a physical product has been purchased.

5. Liability

ANRELI is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, or client delays that reduce coverage time.
