The ideal window is within the first 5–14 days, when babies sleep deeply and curl naturally. Older newborns are welcome too — sessions are simply paced differently.
My style is minimal and lifestyle-focused. I may bring a simple wrap or blanket, but most families use their own swaddles and keepsakes for a more personal feel.
